With only a few simple items you can make this delicious cinnamon roll smoothie in no time at all.
How to make a cinnamon roll smoothie
Simply add all the ingredients in to a blender including:
- Β½ frozen banana
- ΒΎ cup vanilla yogurt
- Β½ cup rolled oats
- ΒΌ cup pecans
- 1 Β½ Tbsp raisins
- 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp vanilla almond butter
- Β½ tsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ice
- Pinch of nutmeg cloves, and cinnamon
The order you add the ingredients doesn’t really matter but as you can see we put the dry ingredients in first. Then we put the peanut butter into the smoothie .
Then we add the raisins into the smoothie
After that we add the yogurt and cinnamon to the smoothie.
Finally we add the milk to the cinnamon roll smoothie and blend it all together.

Ingredients
- Β½ frozen banana
- ΒΎ cup vanilla yogurt
- Β½ cup rolled oats
- ΒΌ cup pecans
- 1 Β½ Tbsp raisins
- 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp vanilla almond butter
- Β½ tsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ice
- Pinch of nutmeg cloves, and cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse for about 15 seconds until mixture has become creamy.
- Pour into glass and garnish with cinnamon.
