How To Make Gluten Free French Toast
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs,
milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Over medium heat, melt butter in a large skillet and coat the bottom of the skillet.
Lightly dip each side of bread into egg mixture, scraping off any excess.
Arrange bread in heated skillet and allow to cook 3-4 minutes before flipping and cooking an additional 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
Top with melted peanut butter
and syrup
or any of your favorite French toast toppings!
