How to Make Instant Pot Mississippi Pot Roast
Turn the instant pot onto sauté mode.
Sprinkle beef roast with salt & pepper.
When the pot gets hot, brown all sides of the beef roast.
Pour in 1 cup of beef broth.
Pour in 1Tbs of Pepperoncini juice from the jar.
Sprinkle the roast with ranch seasoning.
Place butter & Pepperoncini’s on top.
Close the lid & turn the steam release valve to the sealing position.
Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook at high pressure for 70 minutes.
When the cook time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally.
Remove any left over liquid & use two forks to shred the beef roast.

- 3 Tbs Butter
- 1 oz Ranch Seasoning Packet
- 1 Tbs Salt
- 1 Tbs Pepper
Instructions
