Ingredients

• 1 ¼ cup Almond Flour
• 8 Pecans
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp. Stevia or your favorite sweetener

Instructions

 

• Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
• Mix all ingredients except pecans until well combined.
• Cover a baking sheet with baking paper.
• Use an ice cream scoop to serve the batter in 8 cookies over the baking paper.
• Place one pecan over each cookie.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
• Remove from oven and let them cool before serving.
