These mini s’mores bites are just the right amount of sweetness for a little treat that you can enjoy after lunch or dinner or whenever.
Mini s’mores bites with graham cracker crust
Enjoy one or more of these mini s’mores pies with graham cracker crust for a treat after any meal. This recipe will make 6 mini s’mores pies.
How to make mini s’mores pies
Following this simple recipe will reward you with a quick and delicious mini s’mores dessert.
Make mini s’mores pies graham cracker crust
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare a muffin tin by spraying with nonstick spray.
- In a small bowl, combine graham cracker cups ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Scoop 2-3 Tbsp graham cracker dough into each muffin mold.
- Using your fingers, press down to flatten against the bottom and up the sides.
- Bake for 14 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Remove each graham cracker pie crust.
Make make s’mores pie chocolate filling
- While pie crusts are cooling, prepare the chocolate filling by adding the chocolate chips to a small bowl and microwaving for 15-20 intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Add in heavy whipping cream and stir until creamy. Set aside to cool slightly for 2-3 minutes.
Spoon in s’mores pie chocolate filling
- While chocolate filling is still warm, spoon 2 tbsp into each graham cracker pie crust.
Spoon s’mores pie marshmallow filling
- Spoon the marshmallow mixture into a piping bag or bottle.
- Pipe 4 small dollops on the top of the chocolate layer.
Garnish s’mores pies
- Garnish with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and a piece of graham cracker.

Ingredients
Graham Cracker Cups
- 8 graham crackers crushed
- 1 ½ tbsp butter melted
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
Chocolate Layer
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
Marshmallow Layer
- 3 oz vanilla pudding
- 1 cup Reddi Whip
Garnishes
- Mini marshmallows
- Chocolate chips
- Graham crackers pieces
