Whisk together ingredients for coating

Mix together crushed cracker and parmesan in a separate bowl.

Toss in chicken pieces in the flour mixture.

Shake excess breading from the chicken and coat in egg.

Heat oil in a pan. Take chicken out of the egg wash then dredge in the Cheez-It mix.
