How To Make Watermelon Wine Popsicles
In 3 large glasses, mix one part watermelon juice to one part red wine in one glass, one part pineapple juice to one part white wine in the second glass, and one part kiwi juice to one part white wine in the third glass.
Using a popsicle mold, fill each mold ½ way with watermelon wine mixture and freeze for about 2 hours (it doesn’t need to be completely frozen, but enough to form a barrier when pouring the next mixture.
Once the watermelon mixture has frozen, add pineapple mixture ¾ of the way up the mold.
Insert a popsicle stick and freeze for 1½ hours.
Once the pineapple has frozen, fill the remainder of the mold with the kiwi mixture and freeze for about 3 hours.
To remove popsicle from mold, you may need to run mold under warm water for 5-10 seconds.
