  • 300 grams Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 15 oz Black Beans drained
  • 1/4 cup Diced White Onions
  • 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 oz Mexican Cheese Blend shredded
  • 4 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Vegetable Oil for frying


  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream


  • Brown the ground beef in a pan.
  • Add white onions and black beans. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and salt.
  • Take off the heat and leave to cool.
  • Stir in the tomatoes and cheese.
  • Take a sheet of egg roll wrapper and fill with the mixture.
  • Roll tightly from edge to edge, tucking in the sides.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry egg rolls until golden.
  • Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  • Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
