Taco Egg Rolls
Make the most delicious taco egg rolls.
- 300 grams Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 15 oz Black Beans drained
- 1/4 cup Diced White Onions
- 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 4 oz Mexican Cheese Blend shredded
- 4 Egg Roll Wrappers
- Vegetable Oil for frying
Brown the ground beef in a pan.
Add white onions and black beans. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in taco seasoning and salt.
Take off the heat and leave to cool.
Stir in the tomatoes and cheese.
Take a sheet of egg roll wrapper and fill with the mixture.
Roll tightly from edge to edge, tucking in the sides.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry egg rolls until golden.
Drain excess oil on paper towels.
Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
