Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 White Onion diced
  • 250 grams Pepperoni chopped
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 14 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1.5 cup Chicken Stock
  • 6 oz Pizza Blend Cheese
  • 250 grams Fusili cooked according to package directions

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Add pepperoni, white onions, and garlic. Sautee until aromatic.
  • Add stock, crushed tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in cheese until smooth.
  • Toss in pasta.
