  • 1 14- oz tin Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup Minced Onions
  • Β½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Basil
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 200 grams Cooked Penne Rigatte
  • ΒΌ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese


  • Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Add onions, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Sautee until aromatic.
  • Add diced tomatoes and about ΒΌ cup of water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Toss in pasta and fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Top with shredded parmesan to serve.
