Easy Kung Pao Chicken

For the Sauce:
- 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Whisk together all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
Lightly season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Add chicken and sear until done.
Add bell peppers, cashews, and chili flakes. Stir until aromatic.
Add the sauce into the pan and continue stirring for 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle spring onions on top to serve.
