Ingredients
  

For the Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
  • Lightly season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  • Add chicken and sear until done.
  • Add bell peppers, cashews, and chili flakes. Stir until aromatic.
  • Add the sauce into the pan and continue stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle spring onions on top to serve.
