Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces Chicken Thighs
  • 1/3 cup Light Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tsp Minced Ginger
  • ΒΌ cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a braising pan.
  • Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  • Optionally broil chicken thighs for 5-10 minutes or until skins are crisp.
  • Reduce sauce in the pan into a thick glaze.
  • Drizzle sauce over chicken and top with fresh spring onions.
