  • 2 cups Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Diced White Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 3 cups Beef Stock
  • 1 cup Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Season beef with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in a braising pan until brown.
  • Add onions and garlic. Stir until aromatic.
  • Add tomatoes, Worcestershire, and beef stock. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add macaroni and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Add more water or stock if needed.
  • Stir in the cheese before serving.
