2 Ingredient Dough Bagel Breakfast Sandwich
Delicious 2 ingredient dough bagel breakfast sandwich.
For the Dough:
- 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
For the Filling:
- 3 Eggs scrambled
- 3 strips Bacon fried - cooked
- 3 slices American Cheese
Combine flour and yogurt in a bowl. Blend into a smooth dough.
Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until elastic.
Divide the dough into 3 equal portions. Roll each portion into a 6” log. Form into bagels, pinching ends together.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350F.
Take out of the oven and leave until cool enough to handle.
Cut each bagel in half.
Cook scrambled egg in round silicone mold or mason jar lid
Assemble sandwiches with bacon, egg, and cheese filling.
