Ingredients
  

For the Dough:

  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt

For the Filling:

  • 3 Eggs scrambled
  • 3 strips Bacon fried - cooked
  • 3 slices American Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour and yogurt in a bowl. Blend into a smooth dough.
  • Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until elastic.
  • Divide the dough into 3 equal portions. Roll each portion into a 6” log. Form into bagels, pinching ends together.
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 350F.
  • Take out of the oven and leave until cool enough to handle.
  • Cut each bagel in half.
  • Cook scrambled egg in round silicone mold or mason jar lid
  • Assemble sandwiches with bacon, egg, and cheese filling.
