  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • ¼ Sugar
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • Dash of Salt
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 4 slices White Bread cut in half diagonally
  • For the Icing
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Softened Butter
  • 1-1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Milk


  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Mix together sugars, cinnamon, salt, and flour. Cut in the butter to form crumbs.
  • Arrange white bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle crumb mixture on top.
  • Bake for 5-8 minutes at 350F.
  • Meanwhile whisk together all ingredients for the icing.
  • Take bread out of the oven then drizzle icing on top to serve.
