Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • ΒΌ tsp Salt
  • Β½ cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Β½ cup White Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal lightly crushed

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment.
  • Whisk together egg, vegetable oil, sugars, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Blend flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Fold in about 2/3 of the cereal into the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and top with remaining cereal.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
