15 Minute Honey Mustard Chicken
15 minute honey mustard chicken you don't want to pass up.
- 2 cups Diced Chicken Breast Fillet
- ¼ cup Chopped Parsley
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- For the Sauce:
- ¼ cup Chicken Stock
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Whisk together stock, honey, and mustard in a bowl. Set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dust with flour.
Heat butter in a pan.
Add chicken and cook until golden & done
Add sauce and simmer until thick.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
