Cinnamon Roll Twists
Delicious cinnamon roll twists you don't want to pass up.
For the Dough:
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Warm Water
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
For the Cinnamon Butter:
- ¼ cup Soft Butter
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
For the Icing:
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
Combine all ingredients for the dough in bowl. Mix until evenly blended. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Blend together all ingredients for the cinnamon butter in a bowl.
Take the dough and roll into a ¼” thick sheet.
Spread cinnamon butter all over the dough.
Fold the dough over in half and cut into strips. Take each strip and twist from one end to the other.
Arrange the rolls in a lightly buttered baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
Blend together ingredients for the icing in a bowl and drizzle over the twists.
