For the Dough:

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Β½ tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Warm Water
  • ΒΌ cup Vegetable Oil

For the Cinnamon Butter:

  • ΒΌ cup Soft Butter
  • ΒΌ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

For the Icing:

  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream


  • Combine all ingredients for the dough in bowl. Mix until evenly blended. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  • Blend together all ingredients for the cinnamon butter in a bowl.
  • Take the dough and roll into a ¼” thick sheet.
  • Spread cinnamon butter all over the dough.
  • Fold the dough over in half and cut into strips. Take each strip and twist from one end to the other.
  • Arrange the rolls in a lightly buttered baking pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
  • Blend together ingredients for the icing in a bowl and drizzle over the twists.
