Ingredients
  

  • For the Pancakes
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • ΒΌ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • for the Filling
  • 4 strips Bacon cooked
  • 6 Eggs cooked(scrambled)
  • ΒΌ cup American Cheese
  • For Serving
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Blend in the egg, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick skillet.
  • Ladle batter into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another minute.
  • Take each pancake and fill with a strip of bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese. Fold in half like a taco.
  • Serve with maple syrup on the side.
