  • Β½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • ΒΌ cup Vegetable Oil
  • For Serving
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, milk, and vegetable oil.
  • Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Lightly coat a waffle iron with cooking spray.
  • Ladle batter into the iron and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve with chocolate syrup on the side.
