Ingredients
  

  • For the Cupcakes
  • cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ cup Milk

For the Filling:

  • 1 package Banana Jello Pudding prepared according to package instructions

For Topping:

  • 1 tub Whipped Topping
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Syrup
  • 6 Maraschino Cherries
  • 2 tbsp Candy Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, blend together egg, oil, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  • Stir the milk in just until batter is smooth.
  • Divide the batter into the muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
  • Carve out the center of each cupcake and fill with the banana pudding.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
  • Top with whipped topping, maraschino cherries, and candy sprinkles.
