Sweet And Sour Chicken Hawaiian Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Chicken Breast Fillet cut into 1” cubes
  • 1 Large Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • For the Marinade/Glaze
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • ΒΌ cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Reserve about a quarter cup of the mixture for later.
  • Toss in chicken pieces in the marinade and leave in the chiller for about an hour.
  • Thread the chicken, pineapples, and bell peppers alternately in a skewer.
  • Bake the skewers for 8-10 minutes at 400F. (until chicken is done)
  • Brush with reserved glaze and garnish with chopped green onions.
