1 ½cupchips/drops of white chocolate225 g. (divided into two equal parts)
⅔cupoil160 ml
¼cupcolored sprinklesto your liking (divided into two equal parts)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 150 ° C / 300 ° F. Grease a baking pan, and cover the bottom of the pan with a piece of parchment paper. If you are using a silicone mold, just lightly grease the mold.
Place half of the chocolate chips, along with the oil in a refractory glass container. Put it in the microwave for ten seconds. Remove from the microwave, stir with a hand mixer. If there are still drops of whole white chocolate, heat it for an additional ten seconds. You should repeat this procedure until all the drops of white chocolate are melted.
Pour the melted white chocolate into a large mixing bowl. Add the egg and the liquid milk. Beat very well with a hand mixer, until all the ingredients are well mixed. Add the cake mix, and mix it little by little with the hand mixer.
When the mixture is completely homogeneous, add the other half of the white chocolate drops, and a part of the colored sprinkles. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into the mold you made in step one, and sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips and colored sprinkles on top. Bake for about 25 minutes until you start to notice that the top of the blondie looks golden brown. You can test that it is ready by inserting a toothpick, however, remember that the toothpick will come out clean, but slightly damp. This is the texture indicated for blondies.
Notes
if you wish, you can melt ¼ cup of white chocolate, with a tablespoon of butter to decorate your blondie on top. You can also add more colored sprinkles.
