Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Minced Shallots
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Anchovy Fillets
  • ½ cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 200 grams Cooked Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Add shallots, garlic, red pepper flakes, and anchovies. Stir until aromatic.
  • Add tomatoes, olives, and capers. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • Season as needed with salt and pepper.
  • Toss in pasta.
  • Top with freshly grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
