Place the ham on a cutting board, and chop it finely. If you use traditional pepperoni, you should also chop the slices in half. If you have purchased mini pepperoni, skip the last step.
Place the first tortilla on a work surface.
Pour a tablespoon of marinara sauce over the tortilla, and spread well.
Then add two heaping tablespoons of grated mozzarella cheese.
Top with ham and pepperoni to taste.
Fold the tortilla and close it. Press it gently with your hands.
Place the tortillas to heat in a skillet over medium heat. Leave them for two to three minutes on each side. Then remove them from the pan, cut them in two, and serve immediately.
