Ingredients
  

  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 cup cream
  • ¾ cup pasta water
  • ½ lb. cooked gluten-free pasta

Instructions
 

  • Warm the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and cook the diced onion for about 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken and season with chili flakes, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and yellow mustard.
  • Stir in the cream and pasta water and mix in the cooked pasta.
  • Gently cook and stir for about 2 minutes and serve to enjoy.
