Shrimp Teriyaki

- 250 grams Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ΒΌ cup Chopped Scallions
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- Β½ tsp Grated Ginger
Stir together soy sauce, mirin, sugar, water, and grated ginger in a bowl. Set aside.
Heat butter in a wok.
Add shrimps and scallions. Stir for a minute.
Stir in sauce and simmer until slightly thickened.
Garnish with more chopped scallions and serve over white rice.
