Gluten Free Spicy Sausage Queso Dip
This gluten free spicy sausage queso dip will please any crowd.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 oz. pork sausage you can use chorizo
- 1 cup diced tomatoes from a can
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 ½ cups grated cheese American, gouda, white cheddar cheese
- Homemade tortilla chips
In a nonstick frying pan warm the oil and place the cut sausage in the pan.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes and stir in the diced tomatoes and whole milk.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and chili powder.
Add the grated cheese and stir on the stove until everything is creamy and combined together.
Serve with chopped parsley and chili flakes and also some homemade tortilla chips.
