Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

- 200 grams Lean Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- ½ tsp Dried Chili Flakes
- ¼ cup Chopped Scallions
- 150 grams Cooked Linguini
- 2 tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
For the Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Stir together ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
Brown ground beef in a wok.
Add garlic, ginger, chili flakes, and scallions. Sauté until aromatic.
Add cooked linguini and prepared sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and more fresh chopped scallions.
