White Cheddar Chicken Pasta
Super delicious white cheddar chicken pasta will be your new favorite pasta recipe.
- 150 grams Chicken Breast Fillet cut into strips
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Minced Shallots
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Shredded White Cheddar
- 200 grams Cooked Rotini
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Melt butter in a pan.
Add chicken and sauté for 6-8 minutes.
Add shallots and sauté for another minute.
Stir in heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Add cheddar and stir until smooth. Thin out the sauce with pasta water as needed.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Toss in cooked pasta.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
