Add lettuce leaves on each tortilla and spread some sauce on top.
Arrange the chicken and grated cheese on top and season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle some smoked paprika.
Roll them into a tight wrap and arrange them on a baking pan lined with a piece of parchment paper.
Bake for about 10 minutes in an already heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees.
Serve with a drizzle of mayo and sriracha sauce.
