Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups tomato passata
  • 1 ½ cup grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl mix the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste, ketchup, mustard, dried oregano, dried onion powder, garlic powder, egg, oregano, breadcrumbs, and grated cheese.
  • Form small meatballs and fry them in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Grease a casserole pan with butter and pour the tomato sauce over.
  • Arrange the meatballs in the casserole pan and top with grated cheese.
  • Bake in an already heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees for about 25 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy with freshly chopped parsley.
