Turn the instapot on to sauté.
Slice up the Italian sausage into pieces.
Add the butter to the instant pot and brown the sausage pieces.
Stir in the garlic.
Pour in the box of pasta after the sausage has browned.
Stir in the chicken broth.
Cover with the lid & turn the toggle to seal.
Press the manual button on the instant pot and set the time for 4 min HIGH.
Do a quick release.
Turn the instant pot to sauté.
Stir in the heavy cream.
Once the cream has thickened, stir in the spinach and cheese.
