Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Italian Sausage
  • 1 Box Pasta
  • 1 Tbs Butter
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Tbs Minced Garlic
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

  • Turn the instapot on to sautĂ©.
  • Slice up the Italian sausage into pieces.
  • Add the butter to the instant pot and brown the sausage pieces.
  • Stir in the garlic.
  • Pour in the box of pasta after the sausage has browned.
  • Stir in the chicken broth.
  • Cover with the lid & turn the toggle to seal.
  • Press the manual button on the instant pot and set the time for 4 min HIGH.
  • Do a quick release.
  • Turn the instant pot to sautĂ©.
  • Stir in the heavy cream.
  • Once the cream has thickened, stir in the spinach and cheese.
