Brush wonton wrappers on both sides with canola oil. Drape over the sides of a baking dish and bake for 7- minutes at 375F. Take out of the oven and carefully pull off from the baking dish. Bake for another 8 minutes.
Whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and honey in a bowl. Toss in shredded chicken until evenly coated.
Toss all ingredients for the slaw in separate bowl.
Fill taco shells with chicken and slaw then top with chopped spring onions.
