Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup noodles
  • ½ cup water or vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon shredded carrot
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon dried garlic

Instructions
 

  • In a big mug place in the noodles, water or vegetable broth, salt and paper and olive oil. Microwave it for 3 minutes stirring well three times in between.
  • Add in chopped spring onion,water, carrots, green pepper, ginger, soy sauce and garlic. Let it cook for additional 2 minutes on high.
  • Serve and enjoy
