- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Xanthan Gum
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- for the Icing
- 2 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
Whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla extract.
Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
