  • 1 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • ½ tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • for the Icing
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream


  • Whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Lightly coat a waffle iron with cooking spray.
  • Ladle batter into the iron and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Whisk together ingredients for the icing in a bowl.
  • Drizzle icing on top of the waffles and serve.
