Chocolate Caramel Popcorn
Delicious chocolate caramel popcorn you won't be able to stop eating.
- 1 bag Microwave Popcorn cooked according to package instructions
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Light Corn Syrup
- ¼ cup Butter
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp Melted Butter
Combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a large heat-proof bowl. Microwave for a minute then stir.
Microwave for another 1-2 minutes.
Pour mixture over prepared popcorn and blend to coat evenly.
Spread popcorn on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Bake for 30 minutes at 275F.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
Combine chocolate chips and butter in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave in 15-second intervals until fully melted.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the popcorn.
