Mini Wonton Taco Cups

  • 400 grams Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Minced White Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Taco Spice Mix
  • 1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 24 Wonton Wrappers
  • ½ cup Jarred Salsa


  • Brown beef in a pan.
  • Add onions and garlic. Sautee until aromatic.
  • Stir in taco seasoning.
  • Lightly brush a muffin tin with oil. Line each cavity with two sheets of wonton wrapper. Bake for 5 minutes at 350F. Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
  • Fill wonton cups with ground beef mixture.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for another 10 minutes at 350F.
  • Top each wonton cup with about a teaspoon of salsa to serve.
