- 21/4 cups Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Nutmeg
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Melted Butter
- 1 cup Eggnog
- For the Glaze
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, butter, and eggnog.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Pour the batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
Bake for an hour at 350F.
Stir together all ingredients for the glaze in a bowl.
Allow bread to cool before drizzling glaze on top.
