Gingerbread Mug Cake
Super delicious gingerbread mug cake.
- 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp Gingerbread Spice
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Melted Butter
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Whisk together flour, sugar, gingerbread spice, and baking powder in a bowl.
Stir in milk, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug, leaving space from the top to keep the batter from overflowing as it cooks.
Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
Top with whipped cream to serve.
