- 300 grams Cooked Rotisserie Chicken shredded
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1/3 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 4 Egg Roll Wrappers
- Vegetable Oil for Frying
- ΒΌ cup Ranch Dressing for dipping
In a bowl, toss together chicken, cabbage, and wing sauce.
Spoon mixture near one end of a sheet of egg roll wrapper. Roll all the way to the other end, tucking in the sides.
Seal with a touch of water.
Deep fry sticks until golden brown.
Drain excess oil on paper towels.
Serve with ranch dressing on the side.
