How To Make Fruity Pebble Cheesecake Bites
Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking oil
In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat on medium for 1 minute, until light and fluffy.
Beat in sweetened condensed milk
Add in the whipped topping.
Beat on low for 1 minute.
Add in the lemon juice.
Beat on high until the mixture forms stiff peaks; about 2-3 minutes.
Fold in 3 cups of the Fruity Pebbles Cereal, one cup at a time.
Place the mixture in fridge for one hour.
Using a small ice cream scoop, add one scoop of the mixture to each cavity of the muffin tin.
Sprinkle with the crushed cereal.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes before serving.
Serve

Ingredients
- 3 cup Fruity Pebbles Cereal, plus ¼ cup crushed for garnish
- 1 package 8-ounce cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 8-ounce tub of whipped topping
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking oil
- In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat on medium for 1 minute, until light and fluffy.
- Beat in sweetened condensed milk
- Add in the whipped topping. Beat on low for 1 minute.
- Add in the lemon juice. Beat on high until the mixture forms stiff peaks; about 2-3 minutes.
