Hi there I’m planning on making these today, do you happen to know the amount of net carbs and calories etc are in each one scooped out once completed? I’m trying to count carbs too with keto..thank you
Karen Ogleton says
I would recommend putting the ingredients in a macros/meal tracker with the 9 servings and see what it is based on your specific ingredients.
Kathy Bell says
Google carb content in strawberries, then multiply by how many berries you’re using ‐ that will be the total of the carb count, because none of the other ingredients contains sugar or other source of carbs.
Sharlene says
For each ingredient figure out carbs and calories total each…then take that total divide as to how many bombs you have created. Easy peasy.
Moe Gold says
I came up with 1 to 2 carbs per ball minus a miniscule amount of fiber. A good number for a yummy treat.
Terry says
Can you freeze these?
Tammy says
I freeze mine in cupcake liners and then I put them into a freezer baggie and double bag them so they don’t taste freezer burned.
