How To Make Pomegranate Martini

For a sugar rim, dip the rim of a martini glass in lime juice or water, followed by coarse sugar.

Let dry 10-15 seconds before turning back upright.

Split the pomegranate seeds equally between two martini glasses.

In a cocktail shaker

add all ingredients

except for frozen pomegranate seeds

and shake vigorously.

Pour cocktail mixture over the seeds.

Garnish with a lime wedge.

• 1 ½ ounce Pama (pomegranate liqueur)
• ½ lime juiced
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup ice
• ¼ cup frozen pomegranate seeds
• Coarse sugar for rim
• Lime wedges for garnish
