Sautee until aromatic.
Add bell peppers and pineapples.

Push contents of the pan to one side.

- 1/3 cup Pineapple Tidbits
- 1/3 cup Diced Bell Peppers
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- 3 cups Cooked jasmine Rice
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/3 cup Chopped Spring Onions
