How To Make Christmas Toffee
Line a 9”x9” baking pan with parchment, leaving overhangs by the sides for easy removal.
Combine butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until temperature reaches 285F.
Pour over the prepared pan.
Sprinkle almonds & chocolate chips on top and allow to melt.
Spread evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle candy sprinkles on top.
Leave to cool to room temperature then chill for at least 2 hours.
Pull out of the pan and break into serving pieces.

- pinch of Salt
- ½ cup Chopped Almonds
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 2 tbsp Candy Sprinkles red and green
