How To Make Sweet And Sour Chicken Hawaiian Skewers
Blend together all ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.
Reserve about a quarter cup of the mixture for later.
Toss in chicken pieces in the marinade and leave in the chiller for about an hour.
Thread the chicken, pineapples, and bell peppers alternately in a skewer.
Bake the skewers for 8-10 minutes at 400F. (until chicken is done)
Brush with reserved glaze and garnish with chopped green onions.

- 500 grams Chicken Breast Fillet cut into 1” cubes
- 1 Large Bell Pepper diced
- 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
- For the Marinade/Glaze
- 1 cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
