How To Make Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup
Add the olive oil to the instant pot.
Select “Saute” on the Instant Pot.
Allow it to heat.
Add the chicken onto the instant pot.
Cook until the chicken lightly browns on both sides.
Pour in the chicken broth, salt, pepper, onion, celery, carrots, basil, rosemary, garlic and thyme.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, turn and lock.
Press the “Manual” button on the Instant Pot on high pressure, and then set the timer to 15 minutes.
Once cooking time is complete, naturally release.
Remove the chicken from the pot & shred the chicken.
Place the chicken back into the instant pot.
Select “Saute” on the Instant Pot.
Once the stock starts to boil, add the egg noodles.
Boil until the noodles are tender.
