How to Make Unicorn Poop Cookies
Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper
Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla until combined
Whisk the flour, crushed oreo cookies, salt and baking powder in a medium bowl
Gradually beat in the dry ingredients into the wet until a soft dough forms
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop dough onto the cookie sheets
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until a light golden brown color
Allow the cookies to cool completely
Vanilla frosting
Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and heavy whipping cream until
combined, smooth and holds a peak
Scoop 1 C of frosting into the piping bag with the star tip
Scoop the remaining frosting into the other piping bag
Chocolate Ganache
Using a small pot, bring the heavy whipping cream to a simmer
Pour over the chocolate chips in a small bowl and let stand for 1 minute
Whisk until smooth
Directions to decorate the cookie
Pipe a thick layer of frosting onto the top of the cookie and smooth evenly
Scoop some chocolate ganache onto the center of the frosting and lightly spread
Pipe a dollop of frosting on top of the ganache and sprinkle some of the sprinkles on top
Place the unicorn icing transfer into the center of the frosting

- 1 small disposable piping bag with a star tip

- ½ C chocolate chips
- ¼ C heavy whipping cream
Decorating ingredients
- 1 container of unicorn sprinkles Found at walmart
- 2 packages of wilton unicorn cupcake decorating kit found at walmart
