How To Make Ice Cream Sandwiches
Melt chocolate chips over a double boiler.
Take each graham cracker and dip one side in the melted chocolate.
Coat half with red sprinkles and the other half with blue sprinkles. Leave for a few minutes to set.
Arrange two pieces of the prepared crackers, sprinkle side down, on the bottom of a baking pan.
Spread vanilla ice cream on top of the crackers.
Arrange remaining grahams, sprinkle side up, on top.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Slice and unmold.
Serve

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Graham Crackers
- 4 ounce White Chocolate Chips
- 20 gram Blue Candy Sprinkles
- 20 gram Red Candy Sprinkles
- 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips over a double boiler.
